Air Newzealand Aircraft Engineer Career
Air New Zealand's Airline Engineering and Maintenance division plays a significant part in the safe and reliable operation of our aircraft. Our Hangar in Auckland has vacancies available for Aircraft Engineer 1 with a mechanical specialisation.
This is a rostered shift position and is responsible for conducting routine maintenance work for our fleet of aircraft - identifying, documenting and resolving issues and defects.
We are seeking people who are committed to maintaining a safe workplace, are passionately customer focused and are comfortable working as part of a team. You will be adept at thinking outside the square while meeting compliance and company legislative/regulatory standards, while being flexible in the areas that you work.
Strong communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to relate and interact with a diverse range of people on a day-to-day basis. You will also be focused on looking for opportunities to improve the business in your day-to-day activities.
Please note that these positions require you to hold work eligibility at the time of your application, that enables you to work in New Zealand.
