Description
Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanair's technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced simultaneously in our two hangars. KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely.

Duties:
- Fabrication of repair parts for aircraft, engines, components and support equipment.
- Maintains and operates machine shop and tool room machines in accordance with policies, procedures, requirements.
- Complies with the requirements of the housekeeping, tool control, environmental and safety programs.
- Work with technical counterparts and others to develop solutions to complex out of sequence emergent production machining challenges.
- Completes all necessary manual and automated records required by Company directives.
- Follows technical data, manuals, regulations, and other maintenance directives as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to use various machining equipment, such as lathe, milling machines, precision grinding machines, powered hand tools.
- Understand drawings, tolerances and quality systems.
- Ability to select, amend, run, prove, and interrogate machine programmes.
- Good English skills (speaking & writing).
- Proactive, positive approach, ability to work on own initiative.
- Attention to detail, hard working.
- Strong organisational/time management skills.
