Responsibilities

• Handle planned and adhoc schedule change
• Update affected pax list during flight irregularity at IFNS system
• Monitor passenger notification rate in sales office and call center
• Control flight loading and handle GDS enquiries
• Assist to resolve real time GDS system issues

 

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma graduate
• At least 2 year experience in aviation or travel industries with Reservation control knowledge.
• Ticketing knowledge is a must
• Willing to work overtime and shift duty
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
• Strong analytical skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure
• Show Good team spirit and leadership mindset
• Knowledge of using Microsoft office tools

Responsibilities:

• Perform dispatching services and oversight duties related to pre-flight preparation, flight planning, pre-flight briefing and post-flight de-briefing
• Ensure optimum completion of the company’s daily flights including maintaining aircraft on, or as close as possible to, their published schedule while minimizing the effects of any irregularities in accordance with company policies
• Monitor the serviceability of company aircraft (MEL, ADD, etc.)
• Initiate, without delay, remedial action as may be necessary to safeguard the regularity of current and planned operation
• Re-dispatch a flight if, in their opinion or the opinion of the flight Commander, the flight cannot operate or continue to operate safely as planned or released
• Proactively monitoring the operation of all company flying by effective fleet watch, CMD, Flight Radar, etc.

 

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Aviation or above
• 2 years of operational control / flight dispatch experience
• Familiar with using flight planning programme
• Previous aviation experience would be advantage
• Previous experience with ICAO and/or HKCAD regulations desirable
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English
• Holder of FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License will be an advantage
