About Job

As an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for the following, among other things:


Maintaining and releasing aircraft on the apron, in the hangar and at outstationsCarrying out inspections, repairs, modifications, under the supervision of an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (GWK)


Consult with Aircraft Maintenance Technician in case of disruptions in the progress of the work


Administering the work performed in accordance with the regulations


Carrying out (urgent) repairs and/or inspections abroad on an ad-hoc basis


The work is carried out in shifts (24/7)




Your profile


You have a completed training in aircraft technology at MBO 3 or 4 level


You have gained experience in aircraft technology and are in possession of (the majority of) the mandatory EASA Part 66 certificates to become CAT AYou have good communication and social skills and you are customer-oriented


You are able to improvise, think in solutions and possibilities


You have a proactive attitude and a flexible attitude


You are stress resistant and focused on collaboration


You master the English and Dutch language in word and writing


You have knowledge of EASA laws and regulations


You have computer skills and use mobile devices (including I Pad)

We offer you excellent primary and secondary employment conditions. The salary indication for this position is a basic gross salary between €2,153 and €3,559, depending on the EASA experience requirement, availability of the required Part 66 certificates and internal Cat A type training


In addition to this basic monthly salary, you will receive an irregularity allowance, an end-of-year bonus, an annual profit-sharing, annual holiday allowance, travel allowance and air travel at a reduced rate on KLM/KLC flights according to availability
