 KLM Aircraft Maintenance Technician Career

As an AMT you will be responsible for the following:

You independently carry out inspections, repairs, modifications and fault finding;
You are responsible for releasing the work performed;
In addition, you carry out the administration of the work performed in accordance with the regulations;
You are jointly responsible for the technical punctuality and fleet availability of our customers both at Schiphol and at outstations;
You supervise technicians (functionally) and supervise their work;
You participate in various improvement processes for the more efficient execution of maintenance processes;
This is a position that is performed in shifts (24/7).

You have completed training in aircraft technology at MBO 4 level and you hold a B1.1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License, preferably with (Embraer) or other aircraft type training.
You have extensive knowledge of and experience with aircraft maintenance.
You have good communication and social skills.
You are able to improvise, think in solutions and possibilities.
You have a proactive attitude and a flexible attitude.
You are stress resistant and focused on collaboration.
You are customer-oriented, commercial and cost-conscious.
You master the English and Dutch language in word and writing.
You have knowledge of the EASA laws and regulations.
You have at least basic knowledge of the MS Office package.

The salary indication for this position is a basic salary between €3,065 and €3,847, depending on work experience and education;
In addition to this basic monthly salary, you will receive an irregularity allowance, an end-of-year bonus, an annual profit-sharing, annual holiday allowance, travel allowance and air travel at a reduced rate on KLM/KLC flights subject to availability;
